Elevation
This term is used to describe the outer surface of a wall of a building. Elevation, because that's what she's talking about, it also applies to all elements, which are located on the building. Depending on this, what part of the house are we talking about?, the facade can be of different types. Namely, such types can be mentioned, how: front elevation, side, garden, or the rear. It is a distinction of types based on the location of the walls of the building in relation to the street, at which the building is located. This is worth mentioning, that the garden facade concerns only these buildings, adjoining the garden. In addition, there is a division of the concept in question due to the sides of the world. Thus, the following types are distinguished: eastern elevation, west elevation, the northern elevation and the southern elevation. Being on this topic, it is worth mentioning about this, that the so-called front facade of the building, which meets the condition of location from the street, and moreover, the entrance to the house is located next to this wall, is known as the facade. Moreover, it fulfills the representative functions of a given building.
