External blinds on roof windows in a passive house

External roller shutters have been installed on the roof and L-shaped windows, which ensure full comfort of using the attic and, in the case of a passive house, provide energy protection. They help to maintain the right temperature inside the room regardless of the season, they provide protection against noise from the outside and provide a sense of privacy in the attic. Additionally, an external roller shutter – thanks to this, that it is mounted outside – effectively protects against unpleasant heat on sunny days. Aluminum lamellas constituting the shutter armor, on the inside, they are glued with a material reflecting thermal radiation, which limits heat transfer to the outside. This prevents heat loss and saves heat energy in winter. As standard, the blinds are available in two colors: dark gray and light gray. The elements of the external structure of the roller shutters have been painted in a selected color from the RAL palette so that they are in the same color as the window cladding, sealing collars and other shutters installed in the building.

The ARZ-E roller shutters have an electric drive installed inside and are operated by a remote control or a wall switch.

The windows from the inside are equipped with the ARS standard roller shutter, which protects against light and at the same time is an additional decoration. The ARS roller blind reduces the inflow of light, increases the aesthetics of the room, and the wide range of colors of the materials allows you to choose a color or pattern to suit any interior. The ARS standard roller blind is a fabric rolled on a roller with a spring. It is equipped with an aesthetic aluminum strip that covers the roller shutter shaft. Three pairs of catches placed on the sash allow you to set the roller blind in different positions. The offer is available in 35 colors and patterns.
