The use of corrugated bitumen sheets – Corrugated sheets are used as a roof covering for single-family houses, holiday homes, in agricultural construction, horticultural and industrial. They are especially useful in places, where there is a high concentration of acids and high humidity, e.g. in industrial and farm buildings. Due to their flexibility, corrugated sheets can be used for curved roofs with a curvature radius from 5 do 9 m. for he adapted it to their shape. For roofs with small slopes, they are used as a base for ceramic and concrete roof tiles. When renovating old roofs, bitumen sheets can be used not only for repair, but also as a cheap cover for an old roof, for which it is not economical to remove the previous coating, e.g. on old roofs covered with tar paper or sheet metal. If there is a need to illuminate the interior, e.g. verandas, shelters, garages etc.. transparent PVC corrugated sheets are used. They have the same profile and dimensions as non-transparent bitumen sheets.
